One Outsource Option Prototyping facilities are among some of the largest and most skilled operations in China, with clients from all over the world, ranging from industrial design agencies, to large scale manufacturing groups, and Prototyping bureaus in Australia, US, and Europe. The technology and production facilities are world class operating to the highest levels of quality; they are ISO accredited with guaranteed on time delivery. The One Outsource Option business model is predicated on prototyping and manufacturing services that operate seamlessly as time is of the essence especially in the early stages of development.

One Outsource Option is able to provide your company with an established source of China-based prototyping expertise that, are able to match the services and quality available in the West with the added flexibility to respond to required changes and updates quickly and professionally, allowing the client to benefit from both cost and time savings. Product Development is a costly business and it can sometimes take years to recoup the initial investment, so reducing the front-end costs of development will fast tracks returns.

One Outsource Option has a unique advantage over most prototyping services in that they have access to all of the latest technologies industry require, via their cooperative management systems which allows them to react in hours instead of days and provide pricing and quality that’s unmatched, this is why we have vast numbers of prototyping agencies channel projects to them due to their inability to compete.

CNC, Computer Numerical Control Machining is subtractive process in nature opposed to other RP technologies. Process starts with the raw material, little larger than the finished model and remove extra material step by step using various milling cutters. Parts can be machined directly out of engineering plastics, ferrous or non ferrous metals. We primarily use following plastic materials for prototypes or other engineering applications.
