Blow Mould Tooling
One Outsource Option Technologies division has invested in its employees, state-of-the-art technology, approved quality systems and specialised plant equipment to provide a turn-key blow mould and R.I.M. mould tooling package.
The One Outsource Option turn-key package covers concept design and detailed design development (utilising the latest 3D CAD systems), high-quality tool manufacture, and competitive on-time and right first time deliveries, with technical project management throughout.
The technical blow mould tooling available includes automotive components such as fuel tanks, air ducts, brake cylinder and power steering components, plus specialist custom mouldings such as dust bins, watering cans and traffic control components.
Tools manufactured can range in sizes from very small parts to large tools of up to 20 tons in weight.
Investment in specialised plant machinery allows blow mould tools with sizes up to 4000mm x 2500mm x 1500mm to be manufactured on a range of in-house high speed milling machines, and then inspected directly against CAD data.
The in-house design team, with its reverse engineering capability, can also generate 3D CAD data without the availability of the original CAD data.
Using the latest inspection machinery with a 6000mm x 2500mm x 3300mm dimensional capacity, an existing tool can be scanned to produce, automatically, point cloud data from which a CAD model can be generated.
This can then be used to remanufacture tooling as per the original, or be used to manufacture tooling to include the latest design modifications.
A full technical support team, dedicated to the production of high quality, cost effective blow mould tooling backs each project.
This team ensures that every tool is delivered to the customer on time and right first time.
Foundry Tooling

Assembly
One Outsource Option assembly plants are located in Shenzhen, Guangzhou and Shanghai in government regulated tax free zones close to the port of export. Assembly projects fall into a number of catagories depending on the number of parts, complexity, or security aspects related to IP etc and when required One Outsource Option will design a PFAA (Product Flow Assembly Assesment) that best suits the client needs. The PFAA is designed in collaboration with the client and covers all apsects of a project that is under their management.
